Accessibility
Accessibility at Flexlab
Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use our website, book a visit and fill in our forms, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control or screen magnification.
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we check new pages by hand as we build them.
What we have done
- Keyboard and screen readers. Book a Visit and our online forms work with a keyboard alone, and each new question is read out when it appears.
- Clear forms. Every field has a label. When an answer needs fixing, the message says what is wrong, next to the field.
- Readable text. Text is dark on a light background, with contrast that meets WCAG Level AA.
- Less motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site's animations stop.
- Any screen size. The site works on a phone, and you can zoom in as far as you need.
Help with the site, a form or your visit
If something about our site, our forms or a visit gets in your way, tell us and we will find a way that works for you, such as going through a form with you over the phone.

Tell us about a problem
If a page is hard to use, let us know which page, what happened, and the best way to reach you. We will get back to you, and where we can, fix it or offer another way to do what you came to do.
